What warranty do refurbished laptops come with?
Ex-lease and refurbished computers come with a 3, 6 or 12 month return-to-base (RTB) warranty, depending on the model. Demo models come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 7 days for delivery so we can fit any upgrades and reload the operating system and software. Shipping is free across Australia.
Is the laptop I want in stock?
Refurbished laptops sell quickly. Phone 03 5223 1672 to confirm stock before ordering online. If a model is gone, we usually have something similar that may not be listed yet.
Can I upgrade the SSD or RAM?
Yes. SSD and RAM upgrades are fitted with no labour charge. Add them in the cart under “Frequently Bought Together”.
